On 2 April 2018, the study Ukraine in the Eyes of Germany“ was published by German governmental agency GIZ (Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH; engl. German Corporation for International Cooperation GmbH).
For this study, 44 leading German experts on Ukraine, among them the founder of European Cosmopolitan Consulting, Andrej Novak, contributed their expertise and assessments via in-depth interviews by GIZ staff. The insight gathered from them was condensed into a 112-page study, in which the quotes of experts were anonymized. However, a list of the experts interviewed for the study can be found on page 111.
