Bled Strategic Forum 2020: Contribution to Panel on European Security and Asymmetric Threats

During the Bled Strategic Forum 2020 debate on European Security and Asymmetric Threats  moderated by Ambassador Iztok Mirošič, European Cosmopolitan Consulting’s founder Andrej Novak contributed the following question: 

„How can the EU and NATO respond to hybrid threats and military aggression in our neighbourhood when there is no common threat perception for example vis-a-via Russia or China?“
